DATE : 24th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant and his brother has threatened the aunt of the victim. By my earlier order dated 17th February, 2025, there was specific direction to the applicant and his brother viz. Pankaj Anant Bari should not enter the area of the concerned police station and also at the examination centre where the victim is attending her 12th standard exams.

Further the learned A.P.P. had submitted that the terror atmosphere was created by the applicant and his brother. It was

Put up for further consideration on 17th April, 2024. 4.

In the meantime, earlier order passed on 17th February, 2025 to continue.
