Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for respondent - State.

At the outset, it is pointed out that this very applicant had moved an earlier Anticipatory Bail Application bearing No.996 of 2024, which was disposed of by an order dated 15th April, 2024, as follows : "1.

Learned counsel for the applicant prayes for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.

It is made clear that the learned counsel for the applicant has not sought any specific liberty to prefer another application for anticipatory bail. If the applicant prefers regular bail application after his arrest, it shall be decided Shrikant Malani

906.ABA.3182.2024.doc on its own merits in accordance with law; without being influenced of withdrawal of this application. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)"

As per the extant notice/practice directions, since Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal, is now heading a Division Bench, this application has been listed before this Bench, which is assigned to hear these applications. 4.

The contents of the above quoted order make it absolutely clear that the earlier anticipatory bail application was unconditionally withdrawn and it was specifically recorded that the applicant had not sought any liberty to prefer another anticipatory bail application. 5.

In these circumstances, the present application cannot be entertained and therefore, it is dismissed.
