Ms. Kak, learned APP has drawn the Court's attention to an order dated 29 November 2024, by which the Applicant was protected. Such protection continues until date, which is not controverted. She also requests for some time in order to enable her to take instructions in the matter.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is not present and also that the learned APP is also requesting for some time in order to take instructions, list the proceedings on 15 October 2025.
