On 2nd December 2024, after hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, this Court had specifically directed the Sessions Court to decide the anticipatory bail application of the applicants, which was pending, before 7th December 2024 without fail, as that was the next date of listing.

The learned counsel for the applicants informs this Court that applicant No.2 was arrested, while the Sessions Court granted anticipatory bail to the applicant No.1.

In view of the above, the present application is rendered infructuous and it is disposed of as such.
