This application is being filed Mr.Sundeep Prakash Bohra seeking to intervene in the present anticipatory bail application. 2.

It is the case of the applicant that anticipatory bail application was filed by the accused before the Sessions Court. They had intervened and they were heard after which the Sessions Judge was pleased to reject the anticipatory bail application. He, therefore submits that his client be added as a party respondent in the present anticipatory bail application.

Mr. Mundargi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant opposes this application, vehemently.

It is the case of the applicant that the applicant is the victim of a fraud committed by the accused persons. Hence, it will be necessary that he may be permitted to intervene and to oppose grant of any relief anticipatory bail application.

In view of the statement made in the interim application, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Interim application is disposed off.

ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 3205 OF 2024 7.

This anticipatory bail application stand over to 6th February, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Circulation'. 8.
