This is the second time that the Applicant has approached this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.1406/2023 registered at Shirur Police Station, Pune, on 23/12/2023, u/s 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Way back on 06/02/2024 Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.342 of 2024 was decided and the following order was passed :

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant, Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:
2025.01.24 16:22:53 +0530 prays for unconditional withdrawal of this MANUSHREE NESARIKAR application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such."

Even today, after arguments when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application as well. He only seeks observations that if the Applicant prefers regular Bail Application after he surrenders, the concerned Court be directed to decide it as early as possible. That request is reasonable. Hence even today the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, if the Applicant surrenders or is arrested and prefers the application for regular bail, the concerned Court shall decide it in accordance with law as early as possible.
