The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI withdraw this application. This application was filed during the pendency of by SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2024.12.03 19:16:38 +0530 the anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. It appears that the applicant was constrained to file this application as the anticipatory bail application filed before the Sessions Court remained pending and there was no interim relief therein.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 29th November, 2024, the anticipatory bail application pending before the Sessions Court itself was withdrawn.

In that light, he has instructions to withdraw the present application.
