Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.362 of 2023 registered with Jodbhavi Peth Police Station, Solapur, for an offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the coaccused have been granted interim protection in ABA Nos.3102 of 2023 and 2638 of 2023. The applicant is, therefore, entitled to the same dispensation. 4.

Learned APP fairly submits that the role attributed to the applicant is by and large similar to the co-accused who have been granted interim protection. 5.

List this application along with ABA Nos.3102 of 2023 and 2638 of 2023 on 8 January 2025.

In the meanwhile, in the event of the arrest of the applicant - Navanath SSP 1/2

9 aba 3218 of 2024.doc Biru Rode in connection with C.R.No.362 of 2023 registered with Jodbhavi Peth Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 7.

The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and report to Jodbhavi Peth Police Station as and when directed. 8.
