The applicant is directed to add the informant as a party respondent. Amendment to carry out forthwith. The applicant to serve a copy of the present proceedings on the newly added respondent before the next date of the hearing.

Mr. Anees Aslam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that since the A.P.P. is of the view that there is bank loan of around Rs.1,20,000/- and further the informant's case is that Rs.78,000/- has been siphoned off from her account, on instructions is

The applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- in this Court within a period of one week.

The applicant will co-operate with the police and will also attend the Police Station on 3rd February, 2025 morning from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. The applicant will also furnish any document which is called upon by the police. The applicant to visit the concerned police station as and when called by the Police Department.

The applicant will also co-operate with the police as regards to verify the signature which is endorsed at Form No. 29 and Form No.30 under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Stand over to 12th February, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'.
