When the application is called out for hearing, the learned APP invited attention of this Court to paragraph 5 of the order dated 29th January 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, dismissing anticipatory bail application of the applicant, wherein observations have been made about earlier anticipatory bail application being dismissed and the order of this Court being confirmed by the Supreme Court by dismissal of the Special Leave Petition.
