ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 3259 OF 2024 1.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the present Applicant is arrayed as Accused No. 8.

Accused No. 1, who floated the scheme, has already been arrested. Accused No. 2 is also under arrest, and his regular bail application is pending before this Court. Similarly, the Regular Bail Applications of Accused Nos. 5 and 6 are also pending before this Court. He further submits that the present Applicant (Rupesh Mhatre) invested approximately four to five lakhs in the scheme floated by Accused No. 1 (Supriya Patil). He clarifies that the amounts invested by the victims were never deposited into the bank account of the present Applicant, instead, those amounts were directly transferred to the bank account of Accused No. 1. The Applicant is willing to cooperate with the police by recording his statement and handing over his mobile phone along with the login ID and password.

Since the Applicant has shown his readiness to cooperate with the police, he is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 7 March 2025, 8 March 2025, and 9 March 2025, between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer for recording his statement and should hand over his mobile phone with login ID and password and also provide all details, including the documents requested by the Police if such documents are available with him.

Stand over to 17 March 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant since his ready to cooperate with the police. CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2755 OF 2023 1.

Ms. Rane, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Criminal Bail Application No.2755 of 2023 is wrongly tagged with the Anticipatory Bail Application No.3259 of 2024. 2.

She request that the Bail Application No. 2755 of 2023 be detagged from the Anticipatory Bail Application No.3259 of 2024. 3.

Registry to verify and place Criminal Bail Application NO.2755 of 2023 before the appropriate bench.
