In view of the bail granted to the co-accused in the present crime, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8th January 2025 3.

The learned APP waives notice for respondent/State. 4.

By way of ad-interim order, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.82/2016, registered with Police Station, Lashkar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.
