Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Prashant Hasare, learned counsel for the Applicant would draw the attention of the Court to a detailed order dated 6 December 2024, by which the interim protection was granted in favour of the Applicant. Such interim protection was continued from time to time and is in force till date. Ms. Rao, learned APP would not dispute such position. 3.
Learned APP would submit that charge-sheet is already filed against the co-accused persons in these proceedings.

Mr. Hasare, learned counsel for the Applicant would also invite the Court's attention to page No. 31 of this Application and would submit that the alleged stolen property is entirely recovered from the co-accused persons. To this, learned APP would submit that, she would require instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is now, not present in the Court. Considering such request, place this Application for further Mayur
