The present applicants are the accused nos. 1, 2, 3 and 7. The bail application preferred by the applicants was dismissed by the Sessions Court. It is the case of the applicant that as their goods were lying inside the premises, in which the Informant has right, title and interest, they removed their goods. By way of a settlement, they paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the Informant. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants are voluntarily ready to
2/3 deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- more in this Court within a period of two weeks from today without prejudice to their rights and contentions in order to show their bonafide.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the Informant submits that the Informant has lost much more than Rs.5,00,000/-. Therefore, she has specifically instructions, not to settle this matter for a merge sum of Rs.5,00,000/-.

The applicants are permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today, in order to show their bonafides.

In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing, the concerned police station is directed not to take any coercive steps against the present applicants.

In the meantime, the applicants should attend the concerned police station for recording their statements on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, morning between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and also to submit the documents, if any, required by the police. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
