The learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per directions given by this Court in its order dated 6/2/2025, the applicants have deposited a sum of Rs.5 lakhs in this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered copy of the receipt of Rs.5 lakhs.

The learned counsel for the intervener submits that the loss which the intervener has incurred is around Rs.17 lakhs to Rs.18 lakhs, therefore, merely depositing Rs.5 lakhs and that amount be paid to the intervener will not resolve the issue. She submits that she

She further submits that she has photographs to that effect to show that how the applicants have committed the crime. She has already named all the persons who have indulged in the said incident.

The learned APP submits that all information be handed over to them, and they will take action against them. 4.
