He submits that the custody of the applicant is not required as he has co-operated with the investigation. The charge-sheet has already been filed. He however, submits that before the Trial Court, the present applicant/accused no.5 is not co-operating and is not attending

The present anticipatory bail application is disposed of with following directions :- (a) The order dated 6th December, 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3275 of 2024 is hereby confirmed.

(b) The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the Juridictional Court.
