This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 394 of 2024 registered at Wada Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the applicant are of preparing certain false documents in respect of land owned by the first informant.

3-aba-3285-2024.doc counsel for the first informant jointly submit that the applicant and the first informant are cousins and they have amicably settled their dispute.

The learned APP submits that appropriate order may be passed.

Considering the fact that the applicant and the first informant have amicably settled their dispute, which prima-facie appears to be of civil nature, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

a) The Application is allowed.

b) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 394 of 2024 registered at Wada Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
