The learned APP fairly acknowledges that the investigation in the present crime is almost over except the medical examination of the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to undergo his medical examination. 5.
Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 9th and 10th December 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
