It is pointed out that in paragraph 3, the word 'ganja' has been wrongly recorded, while the correct expression ought to be 'gutka'. 3.

Considering the nature of offences registered in the present case and looking to the allegations in the FIR, the aforesaid correction deserves to be carried out.

Accordingly, the word 'ganja' shall be replaced by the word 'gutka' in paragraph 3 of the order dated 10.12.2024 and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website.
