DATE : 27th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions, submit that to show bonafide, the applicant will deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/-, which according to the learned A.P.P. is the amount received by the applicant (Akshay Rajendra Sanghvi) after 26th March, 2024.

According to the learned A.P.P., the transaction of selling the truck took place on 28th March, 2024, a copy of which is enclosed at

2/3 page no.43 onwards. The payment of Rs.11,05,000/- to Pratap Gade was made on 26th March, 2024 and the fact that the present applicant, claims to be the owner of the truck, he has received a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- from Pratap Gade. The plain meaning of which would be that the present applicant claiming to be the owner is well aware about the transaction being handed by Pratap Gade, who received a sum of Rs.11,05,000/-.

The learned A.P.P. further submits that though on the last occasion it was submitted on behalf of the applicant that the subject vehicle is lying in the godown of Kishore Kokane, however, as per his instructions, the said vehicle is lying with the co-operative credit society, in which the father of the present applicant is a chairman. 4.

In order to show his bonafides, the applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

Stand over to 17th March, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.
