Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Prashant S. Hasare, learned counsel for the Applicants would at the very outset submit that, pursuant to the detailed interim order dated 11 December 2024, passed in these proceedings, the Applicants have cooperated by attending the police station as directed in the said order of this Court.

Ms. Kak, learned APP would submit that she would require instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is not present in the Court at this time.

4.

Accordingly, list the proceedings for further consideration on 14 October 2025.

5.

Interim protection granted in favour of the Applicant shall continue untill the adjourned date of hearing.
