After the matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that before filing the present complaint, there was a complaint filed at Vartak Nagar Police Station. In the said complaint the name of the present applicant is not mentioned though the applicant had applied to get the copy of the said complaint in Right to Information Act.

The investigating officer is directed to furnish to this Court a copy of the said earlier complaint which was lodged before the Vartak Nagar Police Station.
