This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant who is an advocate, on oath has made the following statement in his application :

"12.

That the above said applicant has no criminal antecedent and has good roots in the society. The presence of no prior criminal antecedents is also the ground for bail." 3.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant is involved in three more crimes and has filed application for anticipatory bail in one of the crimes. The fact that the applicant has filed application for anticipatory bail in one more crime is not disputed. Inspite of it, the applicant has made a false statement in the present application that he does not have any criminal antecedents. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

I am therefore not inclined to entertain this application. The application is rejected.
