Heard Mr. Sutaria learned counsel for the Applicant who appears through V.C in ABA No. 3374 of 2024. He would invite my attention to a detailed order dated 13 December 2024, by which the Applicant has been granted interim protection. The same continues until date, to which there is no dispute.

According to Mr. Sutaria, the Applicant has duly cooperated with the investigation by complying with the terms and conditions as set out in the interim order dated 13 December 2024.

To this, learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer is not present in the Court, at this time. Thus, she is not in a position to make Mayur
