Mr. Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready to pay back the requisite amount to the legal heir of deceased Yusuf Jamiluddin Ansari. However, since there is a dispute as to who is the legal heir of deceased Yusuf Jamiluddin Ansari, the Applicant is not able to take any steps.
