In this application by order dated 16th December, 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicant with a specific direction that he shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 18th December, 2024 and thereafter as and when called.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant was arraigned as an accused in another case, he had applied for anticipatory bail. Eventually, he was granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 02nd January, 2025, passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3403 of 2024. It is submitted that in these circumstances, the applicant could not appear before the Investigating Officer in the present case, but, he undertakes to do so, as may be directed by this Court. In view of the above, list this application for further consideration on 27th February, 2025, "High on Board."

The applicant shall remain present before the Investigating Officer on 03rd February, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
