The learned A.P.P. submits that, the present matter is assigned to Ms. Rutuja Ambekar, A.P.P.. As she is unwell, she is not able to attend the proceeding, therefore a short accommodation may be granted. 2.
Ms. Sonawane appearing for the applicant (Vijay Devare) submits that as per the F.I.R. three accused have been shown whose names have not been identified in the F.I.R. He submits that the present applicant
Vijay Devare is neither the owner of the vehicle nor he is the driver of the vehicle in which the alleged goods were transported. He submits that a purported bill of the company belonged to the present applicant was shown to be found in the subject truck. Therefore, on the basis of the said bill, the present applicant has been now added as an accused in the present crime. He submits that after the present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed, a protective order has been passed by this Court on 29th November, 2024 (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.). He submits that pursuant to the said protective order, the present applicants have attended the office of the Investigating Officer and assisted in the investigation.

Mr. Runwal appearing for the applicant (Karan Jain) submits that his client is the owner of truck in which, it is alleged that bogus liquor was transported which was without the knowledge of his client. As alleged in the F.I.R., the driver of the truck ran away in a Swift Car. The said car belongs to the brother of the client (Karan Jain). He further submitted that in pursuance to the protective order passed on 16th December, 2024 (Coram: Manish Pitale, J.), his client has attended the office of the Investigating Officer. All the documents called up by the police has been furnished to the Investigating Officer. 4.
Stand over to 28th April, 2025.
