The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the only role attributed in the FIR to the present applicant is that he assaulted the informant with fist and kicks blows. Barring this allegation, there is no direct role assigned to the present applicant and nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. 3.

The learned APP seeks an accommodation as the investigating officer is not present and assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date.
