The learned Counsel for the applicant contends that all allegations in the FIR are directed towards the co-accused. The amount was transferred to the co-accused's account and not the applicant's. The sole accusation against the applicant is that he received Rs.25,000/- in cash, which he is ready to deposit. Furthermore, the applicant is willing to attend the concerned Police Station and cooperate with the investigation. 2.

The learned APP seeks an adjournment and assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date.
