The record bears out that the Applicant has been protected by an interim order dated 17 December 2024, which is holding the field as on date, which is not disputed. However, it would not be just or fair to pass any order in the absence of the Applicant.

Considering the above, place this Application on 14 October 2025. 5.

Interim protection granted in favour of the Applicant, shall continue until the next date of hearing.

It is made clear that again if none appears for the Applicant on the adjourned date, the Court may consider passing appropriate orders including vacating the interim protection granted in favour of the Applicant.
