Mr. Khatri, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the informant will be added as a respondent in the present proceedings. The applicant is directed to add the informant as respondent no.2 in the present proceedings. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. After the informant is added as a party respondent, the applicant would serve a copy of the present proceedings on the newly added respondent.

Mr. Khatri further submits that he should be protected till the

This anticipatory bail application has been filed on 11th December, 2024 and till date no protection is granted to the applicant. 4.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the grant of any kind of relief to the applicant. In view of the fact that the applicant has not added the informant to the present proceedings and the anticipatory bail application though filed on 11th December 2024, no protection has been granted by this Court. The prayer for ad-interim relief is hereby rejected.

Stand over to 4th February, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'.
