The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Applicant and Informant got married in the year 2022. Both are working in the IT Sector at Pune and occasionally visit Mumbai. He submits that a matrimonial dispute arose between them, which led to the Informant (wife) filing D. V. proceedings on 15 April 2023. Subsequently, the present Applicant (husband) filed divorce proceedings on 28 August 2023. Much later, the Informant (wife) filed the present F.I.R..

By its order dated 10 February 2025, this Court directed the Amol D. Nawale
6-ABA-3472-2024 (CR) .doc APP to serve a copy of the present Anticipatory Bail Application on the Informant (Wife) through the Investigating Officer. Today, the learned APP submits that Mr. Mayur Nikam, Investigating Officer is not present in court and that the concerned police station has not served a copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application, despite a copy having been specifically handed over to the APP on 10 February 2025.

As a matter of last chance, Mr. Mayur Nikam, Investigating Officer is granted one week to serve a copy on the Informant. On the next date, if the Investigating Officer choses not to remain present in the Court, this Court will consider it will decide the present proceeding and consider as the Investigating Officer is not opposing the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Stand over to 3 March 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
