At the outset, the consideration raised in favour of the Applicant is before me, since four accused have been released on bail by the learned Sessions and Magistrate's Court by different orders of the learned Sessions Court and Magistrate's Court. 3.

Ms. Ganpathy, learned APP for the Respondent - State would submit that the role of the Applicant is different. If that be so, let appropriate Affidavit be filed to oppose the Application. 4.

In the meantime, till the next date, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant until the present Application is decided by this Court.
