It is seen seen from a perusal of the record that the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik, in the Order dated December 19, 2024 had granted protection to the Applicants from arrest on account of a death in the family, which had taken place on December 18, 2024. 2.

Considering a period of two weeks for obsequies to be performed and taking into account that the protection expires today, the same protection on December 24, 2024 Shraddha
