Having heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicant, it is apparent that the case against the Applicant is that the offences complained of, and which relate to cheating in connection with construction of galas, are indeed connected to false or forged documents allegedly used by the main accused, and that the alleged role of the Applicant in the production of such documents, needs investigation. It is equally true that the First Information Report does not name the Applicant, but the alleged operative role of the Applicant appears to have fallen for consideration in the course of the investigation.

The Learned APP submits that she would need instructions from the Investigating Officer, for which she requests that the matter be stood over to to January 3, 2025, so that she can get effective instructions on the facts of the case. It is made clear that until such date, the Applicant shall not be arrested, but the Applicant shall participate in investigation that may be conducted by the police authorities investigating the matter. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that as and when required, the Applicant shall make herself available and participate in the investigation, until the next date. Stand over to January 3, 2025. 4.
