Heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicants and perused the record with her assistance. It is apparent that the FIR No.471 of 2024 under Sections 352, 351(1) read with Section 3(5) read with Section 108 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on December 4, 2024, one day after the marriage of Accused No.1, namely, Chandrashekhar Subhash Wagh with Ashwini Bodke, whose mother, Anita Bodke is the Complainant in the FIR.

It is also seen from the record that on December 18, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court has granted pre-arrrest bail to the first four accused named in the FIR. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks parity stating that her clients are only cousins of the groom whose marriage has upset the Complainant, leading to the filing of the FIR.

In these circumstances, it would be just and proper to protect the Applicants from arrest until due consideration of this Application by Regular Bench after the vacation comes to an end. 4.
Stand over to January 17, 2025 for consideration of the Application on merits by the Regular Bench. It is made clear that the protection accorded is only in connection with the aforesaid FIR. 5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
