Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that he is a Bank employee who has been arrayed into the investigation in question which is primarily on the premise that unauthorized access was enabled to the wife of the Informant in the FIR to get access to the Bank statements of the Informant, which were then put to use in Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

21-ABA-3570-2024.doc Applicant submits that he is willing to participate in the investigation for which, he has received a notice dated December 12, 2024 which is annexed at Exhibit 'B' to the Application.

Since it would be in the fitness of the things that this Application be considered by the Regular Bench in due course, the Applicant is put to terms to participate in the investigations by presenting himself to the Investigating Officer as and when called upon, in order to afford him interim protection from arrest. The Applicant submits that he shall attend the office of the Investigating Officer at 11:00 a.m., first on December 28, 2024, and next on January 4, 2025 so that the Investigations are not compromised, while waiting for consideration of this Application by the Regular Bench. 3.

Stand over to January 7, 2025 for consideration by the Regular Bench.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
