The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.978 of 2024 registered at Shirur Police Station, District : Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 7 & 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2.

I have perused the First Information Report. The demand and acceptance is attributed to the co-accused - public servant.

List the application on 6th February 2025. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 27th January, 2025 to 30th January, 2025 at about 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.
