This is the second Anticipatory Bail Application preferred by the Applicant. The first Anticipatory Bail Application preferred by the Applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : R. N. Laddha, J.) vide order dated 08.10.2024 in ABA No. 2752 of 2024.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for the Respondent - State would submit that there is no averment made in the Application. 3.

Mr. Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicant would submit that he has no instructions about the same. I believe learned Advocate for the Applicant. He would submit that even if the earlier Application was rejected, it would not preclude him from maintaining the second Anticipatory Bail Application.

Since no averment of the earlier rejection is made in the Application, the Application is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh Application to the Applicant as available to him in law. 5.
