The learned senior advocate for the applicant has tendered the compilation of documents. The same is taken on record. 2.
According to the prosecution, the complainant sat in the car of the applicant near the P.W.D. Office. The applicant then on the way to his residential quarter drove the car towards HDFC bank. It is alleged that the incriminating conversation between the applicant and the complainant took place while they were traveling in the car towards HDFC Bank. The learned senior advocate for the applicant submits that the application was made to the HDFC Bank for providing CCTV footage dated 09.12.2024. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the HDFC Bank, Mutha Colony, near Civil Hospital Sadar Bazar, at Satara shall provide CCTV footage dated 9.12.2024 to the applicant within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
