This petition seeks to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0390/2023 registered by respondent No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 406 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors Act. 3.

It is informant's case that at the instance of Kishor Kumbhare and applicant he has invested amount by using online trading app, however, there are no returns. 4.

It is applicant's case that the entire allegations are against co-accused Kishor Kumbhare. According to applicant he has no role in the alleged investment. 5.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable in six weeks.
