We have gone through the petition to find that the FIR has been lodged in the year 2023 for the offence punishable under Section 420, 406 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. It is a high time that chargesheet has been not filed.
