This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1104 of 2023 registered with the Gadge Nagar Police Station, Amravati City for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that in order to pressurized the husband two married sisters have been falsely implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 28.02.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
