This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.384 of 2023 registered with the Old City Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is the applicant's contention that the parties are neighboring resident and out of some misunderstanding, report has been lodged.

It is informed that the charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, on oral request, the applicants are permitted to carry necessary amendment. Amendment be carried out within a week and supply the amended copy on the other side.
