This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report bearing Crime No. 274/2023 registered with Police Station, Koradi, Nagpur (City) for the offences punishable under Section 143, 147, 149, 307, 341, 279 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant while travelling by a car was chased, accosted and was beaten and, therefore, the report.

It is the contention of the applicant that he is a member of Bajrang Dal and Gorakshak Sanstha. At relevant time, he was present on the spot and called the police since informant was illegally transporting animals. 5.

Learned Counsel for the applicant took us through the bail order to inform that there are no severe injuries on the person of the informant.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Mr. A. B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant(s)/State.

Though the Investigating Officer may continue with the investigation, he shall not file charge-sheet against the applicant without leave of this Court.
