DATED : 18.12.2025 Vide order dated 06.11.2025, we had permitted service of notice to the non-applicant No.2 through Superintendent of Prison, Dongargad.

Today the learned APP has placed before us the report stating that the non-applicant No.2 is not lodged in the said prison.

In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicant to serve the notice to the non-applicant No.2 by all modes permissible in law including service by RPAD and file an affidavit of service in that regard within one week from today, failing which the matter would be dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

If such an exercise is done, place the matter for further consideration on 20.01.2026.
