This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.771/2023 registered with Police Station Karanja (Lad), District - Washim, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicants' are husband and relatives of husband. It is submitted that the entire family members has been falsely implicated on the basis of vague allegations to settle the score.
