This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1038/2023 registered with Police Station Awadhutwadi, District Yavatmal, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there are no specific allegations against the applicant. She being Bank Manager opened the bank account and thus, no criminality would lie. The applicant's learned Prity
2 / 2 914.apl40.2024 counsel has placed on record an order of this Court dated 13.10.2023 passed in Criminal Application No.1421/2023 wherein on the application of four accused this Court has granted interim protection. 4.
Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks.

Mrs. S.V. Kolhe, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. 6.
In the meantime, investigation shall go on, but the charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court only against the present applicant only.

This application be tagged along with Criminal Application (APL) Nos.1421/2023 and 1646/2023.
