This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.611/2023, registered with Police Station Mehkar, District Buldhana, for an offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 498A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is primly argued that entire family including distant relatives have also been falsely implicated in the matrimonial proceedings.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 14.03.2024.
