In the present matter, it is pointed out that this matter is arising out of matrimonial dispute. It is also stated that there is a settlement talk is going on between the parties and one of the proceeding is also withdrawn by the non-applicant no.2wife. 2.

In the light of this submission, the parties are directed to complete their talks on or before 18.02.2026 and if it is not completed, then this court will proceed further to decide the matter on it's own merits.

In the meantime, applicants to carry out the amendment as directed by this court.
